Saturday, December 17, 2011 - A Town of Highland Constable conducted a traffic stop of a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer on State Rte 55 for speeding. The officer noticed the operator had the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and contacted the NYSP for assistance.

After an investigation by the Trooper, Mr. Krzysztof Wysocki, age 52 of Glen Spey, NY was charged with DWI. He was issued tickets returnable to the town of Highland court on January 4, 2012.
