Sullivan County Manager Joshua Potosek has named Joseph Todora, MSW, LMSW as Acting Commissioner of the Division of Health and Family Services and the Acting Commissioner of Social Services effective February 10, 2015.

Mr. Todora has been employed with Sullivan County since 1987 and has served as the Director of the Sullivan County Department of Community Services for the past 14 years. “Joe brings a wealth of experience to the Division with over 25 years of experience as a Manager and Director in Sullivan County and New York State in the Human Services field” stated County Manager Potosek. “He is known and respected statewide for his knowledge in the Health and Medicaid fields” added Potosek.
