Town of Bethel officials joined the staff of the new shop Java Love Roasting Company in Kauneonga Lake on May 1 to celebrate the official opening of the shop.

The company specializes in roasting “single-origin, specialty-grade beans.” Java Love sells beans by the pound, and coffee by the cup.

The shop is located in the newly renovated and historic Beekman Mill Village building, across the street from the Fat Lady Café.

The company offers a wide range of coffee bean flavors such as Ethiopian Sidamo, Sumatra Aceh Gold and Columbia Narino. Go to javaloveroasters.com for more information.
