SULLIVAN COUNTY, NY — The Sullivan West Elementary PTSO food bank chairperson, Amanda Adams, recently asked the students to help support the needy families in our area. The response was overwhelming. Hundreds of non-perishable food items were collected from all the students in grades pre-K to 6. The items will be shared with the Jeffersonville Food Pantry at the Presbyterian Church, the White Lake Shepherd’s Pantry and the food pantry in Narrowsburg. The Sullivan West PTSO elves, Debbie Campanelli, left, and September Rielly, collected the items door to door.
