JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — High school juniors and seniors can hear about receiving hands-on training working with animals while preparing for college and a career at an Animal Science Open House on Tuesday, April 29, from 4 to 7 p.m., to be held at Stone Wall Farms on Callicoon Center Road. Parents and students in grades 10 and 11 are invited to learn about the numerous opportunities the Animal Science Program provides.

Attendees will meet current animal science students and get a tour of the classroom; learn about the curriculum, college articulation agreements and the way high school diploma credits can be earned.

For additional information, call the BOCES Career and Technical Education Center at 845/295-4152 or visit scboces.org website.
