HONESDALE, PA — George Haas, an Eldred, NY resident, opens a show of his works with a meet-the-photographer reception on Sunday, November 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Re/Max Wayne, located at 416 Main St. Haas has pursued the art of photography for over 40 years, working with a variety of formats from 35mm film to high-resolution, digital pictures. His images are from all over the world. Haas is also the photographer for the Yulan Fire Department, assisting in scene documentation and investigations since 1969.

Haas is a member of the Catskill Art Society in Livingston Manor, NY and a previous member of the Highlands Photographic Guild in Milford and River Valley Artist Guild in Port Jervis, NY. The Re/Max show runs through the end of February.
