NARROWSBURG, NY — On Saturday, March 1 the art exhibit “Expressions 2014” debuted at the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance in the Loft Gallery. The show is a collection of paintings created by people with developmental disabilities from SullivanArc. Many of the artists have limited mobility or are unable to speak or articulate words, and they were at the opening to show off their work and received many compliments from those in attendance. Indeed, the paintings are colorful, interesting, and filled with wonderful plays on line, texture and light. Pictured above is Kim Nash, who although she cannot speak, was happy to stand with two of her works of art.
