JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — Experience the intimacy of chamber music surrounded by beautiful art and a babbling brook at the Weekend of Chamber Music’s (WCM) early summer benefit at 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 16. Light gourmet supper with wine and dessert will follow music by Bach, Vivaldi and Honnegger for flute, harpsichord and cello. The event takes place at a private home; make reservations to get location and directions.
Composer/violinist Andrew Waggoner and cellist Caroline Stinson, guest co-directors with flutist Judith Pearce for WCM’s annual July festival, will join music specialist Kenneth Hamrick with his magnificent French harpsichord.
