SKINNERS FALLS, NY and MILANVILLE, PA — Contractors with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) have started work around the Skinners Falls Bridge, PennDOT announced on Tuesday, March 11.
"Over the next few weeks, site preparation and mobilization activities will begin," reads the PennDOT press release. "Weather and other factors permitting, we hope to start the causeway construction in late March and early April. No concrete date for demolition has been established."
