Wayne County District Attorney Democratic candidate Patrick Robinson

I love Wayne County and have lived in Wayne County for the past 30 years. For the past 25 years, I have worked at the Wayne County District Attorney Office. I have been appointed as the First Assistant District Attorney by three different Republican District Attorneys. For the past two years, I have been the Wayne County District Attorney.

Since January 1, 1994, I have handled more than 12,000 cases and I have tried 78 jury criminal trials, more than all the other Wayne County district attorneys and assistant district attorneys combined during that same period.

I have received endorsements from the local PSP (PA State Police) Lodge #46, the Corrections Officers at SCI (the State Correctional Institution) in Waymart, and the statewide PSP Troopers Association.

Here is my position on matters related to crime in Wayne County: support and defend the Constitution of the United States, including the Second Amendment; support local, state and federal law enforcement officers; support strict enforcement of DUI laws with zero tolerance for repeat offenders; continue to vigorously prosecute child molesters, which will remain one of my highest priorities; continue to prosecute and incarcerate those who bring illegal drugs such as fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine into our county; remain a strong proponent of victims’ rights; vigorously prosecute perpetrators of domestic violence; support the death penalty in appropriate cases; support the reinstatement of mandatory minimum sentences for drug dealers and those who commit crimes with firearms; oppose negotiated sentence plea bargains except in extraordinary circumstances; support veterans, emergency medical personnel, volunteer firefighters and first responders; and support local, state and federal correction officers.

I am proud to be an American and am an honorably discharged four-year USAF veteran.
I welcome your vote on November 5. I promise to continue to be firm but fair.
