SOUTH CANAAN— Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an explosion that took place at a home in Waymart on Thursday, July 18 at around 3 p.m.
Alan Boguski arrived at Wayne Memorial Hospital with shrapnel in his back and is in critical condition.
Police are investigating the cause of the explosion. It appears that Boguski set off a pipe bomb, but police said they cannot confirm this until further investigation. They reportedly found several incendiary devices in Boguski’s home.
