HONESDALE, PA — On Saturday, October 5, come to The Cooperage for a performance by Spare Parts, a traditional bluegrass band formed more than 30 years ago by NYS bluegrass legend Gene Clayton. After his passing in 2017,
Josh Sudigala, Don Hardic, Bill Kerchner and Tom Honeyford decided to continue to carry on his legacy, playing traditional bluegrass, under the Spare Parts name.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30. This event is BYOB. Admission costs $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
BETHEL, NY — The Shandelee Music Festival’s (SMF) 26th concert season comes to a close at the Bethel Woods Event Gallery on Sunday, October 6 at 3 p.m. with “An Afternoon of Chamber Music” by the internationally acclaimed Borisevich Duo. The concert will be followed by a specialty dessert reception.

HONESDALE, PA — On Friday October 4, local musicians Owen Walsh, Nate Zaur and Mason Carmody will host the first ever Outlaw Music Night at Wayne on the Hill at 8 p.m.
The whole night will be dedicated to ‘outlaw’ inspired country, folk, blues and rock music. They will cover classic tunes by artists like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson, as well as more modern outlaw anthems by artists like Tyler Childers and Sturgill Simpson. They will perform original music as well.

MILFORD, PA — On Saturday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m., in the Saint Patrick’s Church Hall on East High Street, the Kindred Spirits Arts Programs (KSAP) is hosting Hat Trick Trio. The group features three of New York City’s top musicians on flute, viola, and harp. Hat Trick Trio will perform classical masterpieces (e.g. Debussy and DuBois) and 20th and 21st century music by the likes of Astor Piazzolla, Grammy-nominated composer Miguel del Aguila and Sofia Gubaidulina.
