New York offers early voting and absentee voting. 

Saturday, October 29 to Sunday, November 6—Early voting takes place. 

Monday, November 7—Absentee ballots can be requested in person.

Tuesday, November 8—Absentee ballots must be returned to the board of elections.

New to voting in PA? Start here: www.vote.pa.gov/voting-in-pa/pages/early-voting.aspx

Pennsylvania offers mail-in and absentee voting. Tuesday, November 1 at 5 p.m.—Applications for a mail-in or absentee ballot must be received by your county election board.

Tuesday, November 8 at 8 p.m.—Voted ballots must be received by your county election office. Postmarks are not enough.
