Sullivan County Public Health Services, and Garnet Health, in collaboration with the Sullivan County COVID-19 Task Force, is holding COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine Clinics for high school students age 16 & older. The vaccine is free and highly effective in preventing illness.

LIBERTY, NY  — Sullivan County Public Health Services, and Garnet Health, in collaboration with the Sullivan County COVID-19 Task Force, is holding COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine Clinics for high school students age 16 & older. The vaccine is free and highly effective in preventing illness.

Clinics have been established for the following locations indicating which school districts will be served by each site.  Appointments will be available between the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. for all clinics.  

  • May 11th – Monticello  Robert J. Kaiser Middle School

Districts Served: Monticello CSD / Fallsburg CSD / Eldred CSD

  • May 14th – Livingston Manor School

Pre-registration is required.  If you would like your child vaccinated, please visit your school districts’ website or visit Sullivan BOCES’ website at scboces.org. If you are unable to register online, please call (845) 295-4097. 

Vaccination requirements:

  • Any individual being vaccinated under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
  • A form of identification will be required for all vaccination appointments.
  • If additional vaccines are available, parents can be vaccinated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
