LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The Livingston Manor and Roscoe Central School Districts have announced a town hall meeting to be held on Thursday, January 9 at 6 p.m. to discuss the formation of the newly established school board for the recently merged districts. This event will be held in the Livingston Manor Central School Auditorium at 19 School St. It will allow residents, families and community stakeholders to learn more about the merger and the formation of the new seven-member school board.

The town hall will be hosted by John Evans, Livingston Manor and Roscoe Central School Superintendent, along with Dr. Robert M. Dufour, District Superintendent of Sullivan BOCES. The session will provide an overview of the unification process of establishing a new board. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions and share their perspectives on this important transition.

“This is an exciting time for our community as we come together to build a unified school district,” said Evans. “We encourage everyone to join us, stay informed and help shape the future of the district and the new board.”

The meeting will also highlight upcoming milestones in the merger process and provide information on how residents can stay involved.
