CALLICOON, NY — As always, the second weekend of June is paradise for parade lovers in the Upper Delaware region, with the Callicoon Tractor Parade (see above) on Sunday, June 10 from noon to 3 p.m. following just one day after Manor’s Trout Parade. You can make a full day of it by starting with a pancake breakfast at the firehouse on Route 97 (7 to 11 a.m.), then make your way down to Lower Main Street to view the tractors, of all ages, types and sizes, rumble past the quaint storefronts and delighted crowds. All are invited to a chicken barbeque at the Delaware Youth Center after the parade.
