I have dedicated my life to public service working in Sullivan County Court for the last 24 years as district attorney and a professional prosecutor. I am now asking for your support for county court judge.
County court is a trial court that has exclusive jurisdiction over serious felonies. The judge must be experienced in the criminal law and must have experience handling criminal cases. Without real experience in criminal law, a judge will struggle to provide justice to the people of Sullivan County. I have spent my whole career and professional life practicing criminal law in our county court.

I am regarded as one of the most experienced criminal attorneys in our county. My role as the elected DA and previously as an ADA has made me uniquely qualified to hold the position of county judge. I will preside over all cases as an impartial arbiter ensuring fundamental fairness to both sides. As DA, I have always ensured that fairness and justice was my principal objective, and to always do the right thing in pursuit of justice. For 24 years, I have been appearing and working in county court. This is the type of “on-the-ground” experience that is necessary to have in order to ensure that both sides receive a fair trial. I will use all of my professional skill and experience to ensure fairness for all who appear in court.

I am a life member of the NRA, a staunch supporter of the U.S. Constitution and our Bill of Rights, a volunteer member of the Lake Huntington Fire Company, Inc., a fire commissioner with the Cochecton Fire District and member of the Sullivan County Child Care Council. I have devoted my career to serving our county with fairness, integrity and professionalism and will ensure justice for all as county court judge.
