CALLICOON, NY — The Sullivan County Catskills Sportsmen’s Expo will be held on Friday, March 30 from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center. It will be held indoors at the tennis center.
Among the booths committed to the Expo are guided tours, sports shops, ATV dealers, outdoor recreational facilities, hunting and fishing supplies and lodging. There will be live demonstrations in a dedicated demonstration area, including demonstrations related to shad fishing by John Punola and Japanese fly fishing by Dave Dirks. There will be a rock wall and a spider climb for kids’ entertainment. Raffles for sporting goods, woodcarving and a 50/50 will be held throughout the expo. Admission is free.
