LIBERTY, NY — The Shandelee Music Festival (SMF) presents an outreach concert at the Care Center at Sunset Lake, one of over 75 such concerts it has presented in Sullivan County since its inception. The concerts provide those who would otherwise not be able to hear such live music with an opportunity to attend a live classical performance.
