HONESDALE — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on August 14, 2025.

CYNTHIA HUBBARD, age 38, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of twelve (12) months on two (2) counts of Disorderly Conduct and one (1) count of Harassment.

CHRISTOPHER NAGEL, age 29, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than thirty (30) days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by Probation for a period of eighteen (18) months on one (1) count of Simple Assault and one (1) count of Harassment.

DENNIS CONKLIN, age 52, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than one (1) month nor more than twelve (12) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Possession of Controlled Substance.

DANIEL MCVICKER, age 38, of Gambrills, MD was sentenced to no less than two (2) months nor more than six (6) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of DUI.

ALEXANDRIA ASHFORD, age 21, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than one (1) month nor more than thirty-six (36) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) of Corruption of Minors.

EDWARD KRISTOFERSON, age 60, of Beach Lake, PA was sentenced to no less than eleven (11) days nor more than twelve (12) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of False Swearing.

JASMINE JOHNSON, age 27, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of six (6) months on one (1) count of DUI- Controlled Substance.

CODY KNECHT, age 37, of Carbondale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of twenty-four (24) months on one (1) count of False Statements Obtain Food stamps/Assistance.

KATELIN CAHILL, age 35, of Newfoundland, PA was placed on Probation for a period of six (6) months on one (1) count of DUI.
