NARROWSBURG, NY — The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance Salon Series presents Jazzmosis on Sunday, March 23 at 2 p.m. The rock/jazz fusion quartet, founded in 2011, is made up of musicians who come together from varied musical backgrounds. Their sound combines the energy of rock with the improvisational brilliance of jazz.

Jazzmosis features drummer Mike Cervone, who has prior experience in rock, blues and jazz bands; guitarist Steve Schwartz, proprietor of Steve’s Music Center in Rock Hill, NY and the Thursday Night Musicians jams held there; bassist Tom Volpe, who has performed in rock and improv bands and teaches bass/guitar at Steve’s Music Center; and saxophonist Greg Fiske, who found his groove in a multitude of settings, from the rock and roll scene to the U.S. Army. Fiske is also involved in music recording and production.

The concert will be held in the Krause Recital Hall, Delaware Arts Center, 37 Main St. Suggested donation is $10. For more information or reservations, call 845/252-7576.
