ROSCOE, NEW YORK—Roscoe-Rockland Garden Club created several scarecrows in Roscoe to welcome fall. The individual scarecrows can be found throughout the town in gardens, at the library, and at Palette Park. The garden club plans to make the scarecrows a fall tradition. The Roscoe-Rockland Garden clun meets monthly from March to December and welcomes new members. For information contact Sally Cerny at sallypcerny@gmail.com
