LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — These folks really know how to reel ‘em in, and in the process “tie one on!”
The 16th Annual Catskill Fly Tyers Guild Rendezvous was held Saturday, April 8 in the Wulff Gallery, located at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum (CFFC&M).
The Catskill Fly Tyers Guild (CFTG) was founded by Floyd Franke and Matthew Vinciguerra in 1993, with the stated belief that “the development of fly fishing in the Catskill Mountains of New York is synonymous with the development of fly fishing in the United States.”
The CFTG is dedicated to preserving the heritage of fly tying and promoting “the development of future generations of Catskill fly tyers.”
For more information about the guild and their mission, contact the CFTG, PO Box 663, Roscoe, NY 12776 or webmaster@catskillflytyersguild.org.
