PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Highland, New York, will hold a public hearing on Dec 3rd  at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall, 4 Proctor Road, Eldred, N.Y. 12732, to consider a proposed resolution authorizing the Town to acquire certain real property located at 564 State Route 55, Eldred, New York 12732 (s/b/l 13.-6-16), owned by 564 Brook LLC, for the purpose of development of municipal parking facilities.

The acquisition involves a purchase price of $78,000.00 and is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, including a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law §§ 90 and 91.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk at 4 Proctor Road, Eldred, N.Y. 12732 prior to the hearing.

A copy of the proposed resolution and related documents will be available for public inspection at the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours and on the Town’s website at:
