KATE FABIAN, 28, Lake Tahoe, CA, for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 3 rd, Ecstasy, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Ecstasy and Tampering with Evidence.

SEAN KARANDY, 24, Duanesburg, N.Y. Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Ecstasy, JAMES FOLEY, 53 yoa, Worchester, MA, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Psilocybin (Mushrooms) and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th (Mushrooms).

CHRISTOPHER VANHUSEN, 47, Gloversville, N.Y. Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Psilocybin and Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 5th Psilocybin and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th.

ZACHARY BERNSTEIN, 21, Sadbury, MA. and MARY PANETTA, Lincoln, MA.for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Ecstasy, Unlawful Possession Marihuana and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphenalia.

Defendants were arraigned before acting T/Liberty Justice Michael McGuire and committed to Sullivan County jail to reappear T/Liberty court on May 31, 2011.
