PA Bankers board elected

HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers) announced its newly elected 2025-26 board of directors recently. Peter Bochnovich of the Dime Bank in Honesdale is first vice chair.

The newly elected board will oversee the association’s strategic direction, policies, professional development offerings, member services and advocacy efforts.   

The following individuals will serve as officers on the board: Chair: William J. Kuzo, First Vice Chair: Peter Bochnovich, Second Vice Chair: Jeffrey M. Schweitzer, Immediate Past Chair: Randall E. Black. 

Among the PA Bankers at-large representatives is James O. Donnelly of Honesdale’s Wayne Bank. 

The 2025-26 service year runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

PA Bankers states that it has been bringing banks and bankers together for more than 130 years to learn, grow, serve and engage with their peers, communities and lawmakers.
