As a longtime resident of Liberty, having moved here from the Bronx at 17, I know that this area has seen good times, and bad. I have lived and worked in this community for the better part of 47 years and, with my experience in this area, I know what needs to be done to continue our town’s revitalization.

We need to lower taxes that stifle business growth, improve the services that we provide for our residents and continue to create a community in which everyone who lives here is proud to call home. I thank all of the voters of the Town of Liberty who decided that I was the right person for the job of delivering on these ideas, and I ask you all again to allow me to work toward this vision. We have had numerous successes such as the opening of the new animal shelter, which I was happy to be a part of. I also participated in naming sites for the Brownfield Grant, which Sullivan County received so that we can clean up some of the contaminated sites in our town and turn them into properties primed for new businesses to take advantage of. Finally, I am most proud of my staunch stand I have taken and will continue to take: that taxes in our town must be lowered and that any proposed increase of any kind must be scrutinized and debated before we put any further burden on our businesses and residents.

We have seen some real growth since my four years on the town board began, and I hope with your support to continue to push our town forward into an even brighter and more prosperous future. Thank you again for your support
