Hello, hope you are all having a great summer. I am trying to keep busy. I’m enjoying my concerts at Bethel Woods. I went to see Carlos Santana last night; he is very talented and loud. I went to the psychic Alissa Smith at the Delaware Spirit Quest Expo on Saturday. She was amazing. She answered so many questions for me about Tommy’s death. It really freaks me out when she tells you something and its dead on—no way could anyone ever know that. Thank you, Alissa. You gave my heart some peace. You can find Alissa Smith on Facebook.

The Women’s Community Club of Cochecton will have its annual dinner as a luncheon on Wednesday, August 16 at Matson’s in Cochecton (the former Ruff Cut) at 1 p.m. You will each be ordering your own food off the menu. Members and all women of the town are invited. Spouses, former members and the families of departed members are also welcome, as we plan to pay tribute to those members who have passed on. Please let one of the officers (Judy, Nancy, or Pam) know by August 10 if you plan to attend, so they have an idea of how many people to expect.

Jo and Jack Kelly celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at Three Wishes with their six children and family and friends. A great time was had by all. God bless you, Jo and Jack. I pray many more years of love and happiness come your way.

It was a sad week in Cochecton last week with the passing of Lumpy Ritz and Lauren Grasso. Please keep their families and friends in your thoughts and prayers; may they rest in peace.

Paul Genco, hope your foot is healing, and you are getting around better.

Keep smiling and have a great week. Email leeniebeans@citlink.net or call 845/252-3568 if you have news. You can always check me out at riverreporter.com in Community Living.
