HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announces the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

GREG DEWAYNE CASEY, age 49 of Scranton, PA, was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to a DUI. He was also ordered to pay all costs, have his driving privileges suspended for a period of 60 days, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and complete 20 hours of community service. The incident occurred on May 1, 2021 in Salem Township.

ROBERT M. CHAMBERS, age 41 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to 18 months probation for one count of Terroristic Threats (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and continue mental health treatment and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on May 9, 2021 in Lake Township.

NATASHA MARIE GUTIERREZ, age 26 of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Retail Theft – Take Merchandise (M2). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her most recent assessment, obtain a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incident occurred on December 6, 2020 in Texas Township.

GATLIN MARTINO, 23 of Macomb, IL, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 22 months nor more than 60 months less 1 day for one count of Aggravated Indecent Assault Without Consent (F2). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, have no contact with the victim, have no unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 18 unless approved, undergo a sex offender evaluation while incarcerated and comply with all treatment, obtain employment within 30 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred on August 1, 2013 in Dyberry Township.

CATHI JO MILLER, age 45 of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to 24 months probation for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (M1). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $5,710.10, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her. The incident occurred on February 27, 2020 in Manchester Township.

JOHN ANTHONY PALMIERI, age 23 of Macungie, PA, previously sentenced on 10 days to 23 ½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility related to a DUI, was resentenced to 3 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a Parole violation. The defendant was found in violation of his payment agreement with Probation.

BRETT LEWIS RAKE, age 41 of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to 5 years probation for one count of Receiving Stolen Property (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $5,710.10, and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incident occurred on February 27, 2020 in Manchester Township.

JOHN SCRIVA, age 58 of Gouldsboro, PA, was sentenced to 12 months probation for one count of Terroristic Threats – Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and complete an anger management program. The incident occurred on August 29, 2020 in Lehigh Township.

CHAD EVAN SINAWA, age 37 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to 12 months probation for one count of Firearms Not to be Carried without a License (M1) and one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and relinquish any firearms and any ammunition to law enforcement. The incident occurred on November 24, 2020 in Lake Township.

KIRSTEN MONIQUE BUCKNAM, age 24 of West Pittston, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

SAMANTHA JO MACDONALD, age 31 of Scranton, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

BRIAN ALLEN MATTHEWS, age 35 of Honesdale, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

RICHARD McLAIN (McCLAIN), age 37 of Moscow, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

PAUL MICHAEL PASCO, age 23 of Clarks Summit, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.
