HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

WILLIAM DOLPH, age 55, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to undergo imprisonment in a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 36 months nor more than 72 months for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked (M3), one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution. The incidents occurred on August 31, 2020 in Lake Township and March 12, 2021 in Salem Township.

LYDIA MABELLE KOVALESKI, age 30, of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and one count of Violation of Use of Certificate of Inspection (S). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $200.00, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incident occurred on February 28, 2020 in Paupack Township.

RALPH PERRY MELE II, age 30, of Scranton, PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months for one count of Simple Assault, one count Disorderly Conduct, and one count Harassment. He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $200.00, have no contact with the victims, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and pay restitution in the amount of $796.14. The incident occurred on May 18, 2019 in Salem Township.

DEVEN RYAN STARKS aka DEVEN GRIFFIN, age 23, of Tafton, PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Indecent Assault (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution for any victim counseling not to exceed $10,000.00, have no contact with the victim, have no unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 18, undergo a sex offender evaluation within 60 days of sentencing and comply with all treatment recommendations, comply with any computer monitoring programs that are deemed necessary, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment within 60 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015 in Palmyra Township.

CHASE VINTON, age 31, of Waymart, PA, previously sentenced on July 16, 2021 to 6 months probation, was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for the remainder of his sentence, which is February 22, 2022 for a Probation violation. The Defendant was found in violation for failing to appear to report to probation on December 9, 2021 as instructed and admitting to drug useage. 

CHRISTOPHER BROWNELL, age 32, of Moscow, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

TYLER CHRISTOPHER KELLOGG, age 20, of Lake Ariel, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

CODY KIZER, age 30, of Moscow, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

FRANCES N. PALMIERI, age 30, of Tobyhanna, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court. 

QUADERA Z. REID, age 27, of Gouldsboro, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

ALLISON LYNN TERRANOVA, age 42, of Damascus, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.
