HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

JAMES LUKE BRENNAN, age 33, of Lake Ariel PA, was sentenced to 12 months probation with 32 days House Arrest through the SCRAM program for two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a mandatory fine in the amount of $800, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, complete 50 hours of community service, participate in counseling with the Wayne County Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist and comply with all recommendations, undergo a Mental Health Evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and maintain employment while on probation or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incidents occurred on March 3, 2021 in Paupack Township and June 17, 2021 in Salem Township.

ROSS MICHAEL DELEMARRE, age 26, of Lake Ariel PA, was sentenced to 24 months probation with 90 days House Arrest through the SCRAM program for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $1,500, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and complete 20 hours of community service. The incident occurred on September 14, 2020 in Paupack Township.

KEVIN CONOR ANTHONY-DURICKO, age 27, of Scranton PA, was sentenced to 6 months probation for one count of Disorderly Conduct (M3). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, continue with mental health treatment and comply with any recommendations for treatment and complete an anger management course, and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred on May 16, 2020 in Lehigh Township.

LISA MARIE DUNNE, 26, of Lake Ariel PA, was sentenced to 9 months probation for one count of Retail Theft – Take Merchandise (M1) and one count of Retail Theft – Under Ring Sales (M1). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, and pay restitution in the amount of $524.30. The incidents occurred between February 9, 2021 and March 7, 2021 in Salem Township and on June 4, 2021 in Texas Township.

VALERIE A. FAATZ, age 50, of Tannersville PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less thank 10 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property (M1) and one count of Bad Checks (M3). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution totaling $4,435.88, undergo a mental health evaluation to include behavioral modification therapy and comply with any recommendations for treatment and maintain employment or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incidents occurred on December 5, 2019 in Honesdale Borough and  January 22, 2020 in Honesdale Borough.

ALEXANDER FIEGELMAN, age 24, of Hawley PA, previously sentenced on October 29, 2020 to 12 months probation was resentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 6 months. The Defendant was found in violation of his probation when the Defendant failed to appear at Probation on May 6, 2021 and September 27, 2021.

KIMBERLY SUANNE HOWARD, age 51, of Rochester NY, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 days nor more than 6 months for one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $500, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on June 6, 2018 in Salem Township.

KEITH MULLIN, age 36, of Honesdale PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for 30 days, placed on 2 years probation with 90 days House Arrest through the SCRAM program for one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a mandatory fine of $2,000, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, participate in counseling with the Wayne County Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist and comply with all recommendations, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and complete 100 hours of community service. The incident occurred on May 29, 2021 in Hawley Borough.

STEVEN JAMES SCHNEIDER, age 29, of Equinunk PA, was sentenced to 24 months probation for one count of Criminal Trespass – Break into Structure (F2). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $5,522.65, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment within 60 days or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred between June 14, 2021 and June 20, 2021 in Honesdale Borough.

TAMMY STRASBURGER, age 45, of Lake Ariel PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 5 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (M1) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $1,000, have no contact with the victim, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment within 60 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding her from employment. The incidents occurred between April 5, 2021 and April 10, 2021 in Salem township.

JONATHAN YACINOVICH, age 25, of Waymart PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Persons Not to Possess, Use, Firearms, Etc. (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, participate in counseling with the Wayne County Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist and comply with all recommendations, and obtain employment within 30 days of parole or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred between January 1, 2021 and January 27, 2021 in Clinton Township.

LOUIS G. FOURNIER, age 33, of Syracuse NY, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at count.

LlYOD SWISHER III, age 46, of Lake Ariel PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

TAMMY L. LYONS, age 50, of Honesdale PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at Court.

ALLISON L. TERRANOVA, age 42, of Honesdale PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for Failure to appear at Court.
