Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

WILLIAM EDWARD CORDTS, age 30, of Washington ME, was sentenced to 6 months probation for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), one count Driving Without a License (S), and one count Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine of $200.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment within 30 days of today or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incidents occurred on June 15, 2021 in Buckingham Township and October 13, 2021 in Starrucca Borough.

FRANCIS MICHAEL FITZGERALD, age 49, of Bellefonte PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months for three (3) counts Harassment – Engaged in a Course of Conduct (M3). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, continue with his mental health treatment and comply with all recommendations, and complete an anger management program. The incident occurred on February 21, 2021 in Texas Township.

DIANE HENESY-ERDMAN, age 70, of Pleasant Mount PaA was sentenced to 6 months probation with 72 hours House Arrest with Electronic and Alcohol Monitoring through the SCRAM program for one count DUI – Highest Rate of Alcohol (M). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay the mandatory minimum fine of $1,000.00, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her assessment, and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program. The incident occurred on January 15, 2020 in Mount Pleasant Township.

JAMIE DAVID WIEK, age 51, of Lake Como PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 63 months nor more than 138 months for one count Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (F), one count Firearms Not to be Carried without a License (F3), Driving While Operating Privileges Suspended/Revoked (S), Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine (M), and one count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, and pay a mandatory minimum fine of $200.00. The incidents occurred on February 5, 2020 in Mount Pleasant Township and April 5, 2021 in Lebanon Township.

FRANCES NICHOL PALMIERI, age 30, of Lake Ariel PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court. 

BRIDGET LYNN REESE, age 45, of Wilkes-Barre PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.

QUADERA ZHANE REID, age 27, of Gouldsboro PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at court.
