HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by  the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:  

HARRIET HIGHHOUSE, age 51, of Damascus, PA was sentenced to 2 days (time served) to  twelve months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on two counts of  Obstructing Administration of Law or Other Law Enforcement (M2)  

DEVIS MATHEWS, age 44, of Dannemora, PA was sentenced to pay Restitution in the amount  of $25,485.71 on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (M2).  

DYLAN PRICE, age 27, of Hamlin, PA was sentenced to 10 months to 36 months incarcerated  in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Aggravated Assault with Deadly  Weapon (F2)  

ROBIN SHEEHY, age 42, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to 2 months to 12 months  incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Controlled  Substance (M)  

RAYMOND KRESGE, age 54, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to 22 months to 60 months  incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution one count of Possessing Instrument of Crime with  Intent (M1), one count of Simple Assault (M2) and one count of Recklessly Endangering  Another Person (M2)  

MARK ARENAS, age 64, of Rockaway, NJ was sentenced to 30 days to 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI (M).  

DANIEL KEMERY, age 40, of Scott Twp, PA was sentenced to 16 months to 60 months  incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Criminal Trespass (F3)  

LEO LAWLER, age 61, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months  on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2)  

ROBERT HUNT, age 55, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Disorderly Conduct – Engage in Fighting (M3).  

PAUL ZEDAR, age 56, of Browndale, PA was sentenced to 6 months to 23 ½ months 

incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault (M2).
