BEACH LAKE, PA — On Sunday, October 12 from noon to 2 p.m., all are invited to join the Delaware Highlands Conservancy for an exciting exploration into the world of owls.
“In this program, we will solve the mystery of ‘hoo’ is responsible for the disappearance of Mrs. Hen,” the conservancy said.
This program is intended for kids and families and will include a trail walk. Attendees are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The fee for conservancy members is $5 per adult and $2 per child; non-members pay $10 for an adult and $5 per child.
The Delaware Highlands Conservancy’s mission is to conserve the forests, farmland, clean waters, and wildlife habitat of the Upper Delaware River region for present and future generations.
The conservancy is located at the Van Scott Nature Reserve, 571 Perkins Pond Road.
