Fugitive apprehended and returned to Wayne County

WAYNE COUNTY, PA— District Attorney Pat Robinson announced the apprehension of Elijah Watson, a 32-year-old from Bayonne, New Jersey who has been wanted since March 28, 2018 for distributing heroin in Wayne County. 

U.S. Marshals arrested Watson in New Jersey on August 27 of this year and turned him over to the Wayne County Detectives after Watson waived extradition. 

Watson has been charged with six felonies all relating to the delivery of heroin and arraigned on all charges. His bail was set at $100,000 and he has been remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility. 

Watson’s next court appearance is set for September 25 at 9 a.m.
