FALLSBURG, NY — The New York State Police Child Abuse Unit in Sullivan County announces the arrest of Phillip C. Calyer, 41 from the town of Fallsburg.  After a joint investigation with Sullivan County Child Protective Services, Calyer was charged with Rape 3^rd (E-Felony), Criminal Sex Act 3^rd (E-Felony), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A-Misdemeanor).  Calyer was arraigned at the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail pending his next court date in the Town of Fallsburg Court on September 13, 2023.  Anyone with any additional information regarding Calyer is urged to contact the New York State Police at (845) 344-5300.
