JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — The Western Sullivan Pubic Library invites seniors to learn from local elder law attorney Martin Hersh on Tuesday, June 24 at 6 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Branch.

The law office of Martin Hersh, Esq. concentrates on elder law, including Medicaid/asset preservation strategies, wills, trusts and estate planning, and more. “We spend the time to listen to the needs of each individual client, and then custom tailor appropriate solutions to meet each client’s unique goals, wishes and aspirations,” a statement from the law office reads. “While nobody wants to think about death or disability, establishing an estate plan is one of the most important steps you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones.”
