DINGMANS FERRY, PA — Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) will open a new bat cave on Sunday, November 20 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Visitors to the bat cave will crawl through the serpentine tunnel and enter a room decorated with stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone, and rimstone, where they can learn about cave ecology and troglobites (cave dwelling animals).
