SMALLWOOD, NY — Corey Gips and Kara Silverman brought their pup, “Stitch,” to the new dog park in Bethel, and his expression alone (inset) is worth a thousand words. There was a ribbon cutting for the park on September 1, which is located in the Forest Reserve in Smallwood and open to the general public.
