Funeral services were held January 19 at Harrison Rasmussen Funeral Home in Barryville, NY. Burial followed at St. Francis Cemetery in Narrowsburg, NY.

Ida Hilda Berger, 86, of Narrowsburg, NY, passed away January 10, 2021 at Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton, PA. Ida was born June 23, 1934 in Beaver Brook, NY. A graveside service and cremains burial were held January 18, 2021 in Glen Cove Cemetery in Narrowsburg.

Karen Elizabeth Bernas, 72, of Cochecton, NY, passed away January 17, 2021 at Garnet Health Hospital. Karen was born April 21, 1948 in Callicoon, NY. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, NY.

John Blum

John Blum, 73, of Equinunk, PA, passed away January 12, 2021 at Allied Hospice Center in Scranton, PA. John was born September 4, 1947 in Callicoon, NY. Burial and celebration of life will be held in the spring for all who would like to join.

Doris (Welsh) Bryant

Doris (Welsh) Bryant, 95, of Bethany, PA and formerly of Calkins, PA, passed away January 10, 2021. Doris was born April 12, 1925 in Tyler Hill, PA. Due to the pandemic, funeral arrangements will be private and at the convenience of the family. A celebration of Doris’s life will be held in the future.

Frank Christopher Crover, 54, of Port Jervis, NY, passed away January 9, 2021 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. Frank was born May 8, 1966 in Warwick, NY. Funeral services were held January 14 at Gray-Parker Funeral Home with burial at Manning Cemetery in Port Jervis.

Joseph “Joey” Anthony Ducey, 19, of Honesdale, PA, passed away January 9, 2021. Joey was born July 8, 2001 in Honesdale. A private service was held on January 13.

John M. Hensz Jr., 74, of Narrowsburg, NY, passed away January 11, 2021 at his home. John was born on November 21, 1946 in Port Jervis, NY. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private.

Ann Shirley Warren Kinsman, 89, of Honesdale, PA, passed away January 12, 2021 at home. Ann was born August 14, 1931. A private service for immediate family will be held due to COVID-19 guidelines.

George Andrew Kraft, 87, of Tafton, PA, passed away November 29, 2020 at Forest City Nursing Home in Forest City, PA. George was born September 21, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. A memorial service will be scheduled in the spring.

Lawrence David Kuhn

Lawrence David Kuhn, 77, of Honesdale, PA, passed away January 11, 2021, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale. Lawrence was born January 22, 1943 in Honesdale. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Honesdale on Saturday, January 23 at 10 a.m. Interment with military honors will be at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Christopher McCutcheon, 57, of Runnemede, NJ, passed away January 3, 2021 at the Hospital of the University of Philadelphia. Christopher was born August 21, 1963 in New York, NY. Arrangements were made by Stroyan Funeral Home in Milford, PA.

Frederick L. Miller, 56, of Shohola, PA, passed away January 12, 2021 at home. Frederick was born September 15, 1964, in Nyack, NY. Cremation will be private at the convenience of the family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Kenneth J. Palmer Jr.

Kenneth J. Palmer Jr., 79, of Callicoon, NY and Sebring, FL, passed away January 13, 2021 at the Vitas Hospice in Port St. Lucie, FL. Kenneth was born November 11, 1941 in Matamoras, PA. Friends may call on Thursday, January 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Callicoon. The funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 22 at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Church in Callicoon. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Jervis, NY.

Edward John Perkin of Beach Lake, PA, passed away December 31, 2020 at Julia Ribaudo Nursing Home in Lake Ariel, PA. Edward was born in 1945. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside funeral service was held at the Beach Lake Cemetery.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the spring at St. Francis Xavier RC Church in Narrowsburg, NY, and burial of his cremains will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Narrowsburg.

James ‘Jimmy’ Sinawa

James “Jimmy” Sinawa, 69, of Waymart, PA, passed away January 11, 2021 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. James was born February 3, 1951 in Carbondale, PA. Graveside funeral services were held January 14, 2021 in the Waymart Cemetery at Canaan Corners, Owego Turnpike.
