James F. Durland, 81, of Sparrowbush, NY, passed away November 26, 2020 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. James was born July 24, 1939 in Port Jervis, NY. There will be no visitation. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

John William Galligan Sr.

John William Galligan Sr., 84, of Forestburgh, NY, passed away November 26, 2020 at home. John was born October 20, 1936. His funeral mass will be private and burial will be held in the spring at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Constableville, NY.

Joseph M. Horecky

Joseph M. Horecky, 98, of Barryville, NY, passed away November 23, 2020. Joseph was born September 30, 1922, in Kaplna, Czechoslovakia, modern-day Slovakia. A Mass of Christian Burial was held December 1 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church in Yulan, NY. Christian burial followed at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Eldred, NY.

Werner G. Korteling

Werner G. Korteling, 83, passed away November 16, 2020. Werner was born October 28, 1937 in East Rutherford, NJ. Due to the pandemic, there will not be a memorial service at this time.

Peter Kuiken

Peter Kuiken, 89, of Glen Spey, NY, passed away November 22, 2020. Pete was born March 7, 1931 in Fairlawn, NJ. Due to the pandemic, memorial services will be announced at a later date.

Michael James Lynch

Michael James Lynch, 79, of Clinton Township, Waymart, PA, passed away November 22, 2020 at home. Michael was born in 1941 in New York. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Hugh McCaffrey

Hugh McCaffrey, 74, of El Segundo, CA, and formerly of White Mills, PA, passed away November 23, 2020. Hugh was born May 3, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY. The family will gather at a later date to celebrate his life.

Susan Marie McCollum

Susan Marie McCollum, 71, of Hawley, PA, passed away November 26, 2020 at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel, PA. Susan was born June 26, 1949 in Port Jervis, NY. Private cremation will be held at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.

Sharon J. Price

Sharon J. Price, 85, of Glen Spey, NY, passed away November 23, 2020 at home. Sharon was born March 5, 1935 in Duluth, MN. Visitation was held November 28, 2020 at Gray-Parker Funeral Home in Port Jervis, NY, followed by a funeral service. Burial was at Mt. Hope Plains Cemetery in Otisville, NY.

Beverley Sacks

Beverley Sacks, 93, of White Lake, NY, passed away November 20, 2020 at Catskill Regional Medical Center. Beverley was born October 24, 1927 in Bronx, NY. A graveside service took place November 24, 2020 at the Temple Beth El Synagogue Cemetery in Bethel, NY.

Jeffrey W. Sporer

Jeffrey W. Sporer, 65, of Beach Lake, PA, passed away November 17, 2020 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. Jeffrey was born September 28, 1955 in Batavia, NY. As per Jeff’s request, he was cremated, and no services will be held.

Eric Szeflinski

Eric Szeflinski, 32, of Suffern, NY and formerly of Jeffersonville, NY, passed away November 26, 2020. Eric was born June 25, 1988 in New York City. A Mass of Christian Burial was held December 1, 2020 at St. George’s Church in Jeffersonville. Interment followed in Calvary Cemetery in Youngsville, NY.
