Ronald William Finan of Hawley, PA, passed away October 1, 2020 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. A memorial service was held October 6, 2020 at Teeters’ Funeral Chapel. A celebration of Ron’s life was held October 7, 2020 at Fantasy Island in Hawley.

Carlos “CJ” Augustine Gonzalez Jr., 37, of Jeffersonville, NY, passed away September 24, 2020 at home. Carlos was born May 18, 1983, in Jamaica, Queens, NY. Memorial visitation and funeral services were held October 3, 2020 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home in Florida, NY.

Edward Keane, 28, of Hawley, PA, passed away September 30, 2020. Edward was born May 21, 1992 in Queens, NY. The funeral was held October 5, 2020 at Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Hawley. Burial followed at Green Gates Cemetery.

Elizabeth A. Kubenik, 68, of Callicoon, NY, passed away September 27, 2020 at home. Elizabeth was born October 27, 1951 in Manhattan, NY. A funeral service was held September 30 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, NY.

Gary Charles Martens

Gary Charles Martens, 81, of Hawley, PA, passed away September 29, 2020, at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY. Gary was born January 31, 1939 in Amityville, Long Island, NY. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Teeters’ East Chapel in Hawley. The memorial service will follow at 12 noon at the funeral home.

John P. Martucci, 68, of Glen Spey, NY, passed away September 28, 2020 at home. John was born March 15, 1952 in Queens, NY. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 10 at the family residence.

Mildred Marie Olver, 92, of Beach Lake, PA, passed away September 23, 2020 at Wayne Woodland Manor. Mildred was born March 29, 1928 in Beach Lake. Due to current restrictions, a service celebrating Marie’s life will be held at a future date.

Marguerite Ryder, 97, of Honesdale, PA, passed away October 1, 2020 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center. Marguerite was born on February 7, 1923 in Liberty, NY. Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.

Frank “Pancho” X. Schooley, 65, of Hawley, PA, passed away September 27, 2020 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Frank was born March 2, 1955 in Suffern, NY. A celebration of life was held October 5, 2020 at Teeters’ East Chapel in Hawley. Cremation was at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel with inurnment in Lords Valley Cemetery in Lords Valley, PA.
