Veramae (Monington) Belknap, 95, of Sewickley, PA and formerly of Damascus, PA, and Honesdale, PA, passed away January 20, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford, PA. Veramae was born January 7, 1930 in Damascus. A funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 16 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Honesdale, followed by the rite of committal at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Honesdale.

Ann Marie Bidwell, 78, of White Mills, PA, passed away April 26, 2025 at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel, PA. Ann was born August 12, 1946 in Honesdale, PA. Funeral services were held May 2 at Hessling Murray Funeral Home in Honesdale. Interment followed in Indian Orchard Cemetery in Honesdale.

Suzanne Arlene Galligan, 64, of Oakland Valley, NY, passed away April 28, 2025 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Suzanne was born March 6, 1961 in Ogdensburg, NY. A Mass of resurrection was held May 5 at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Port Jervis, NY. Burial to be at Rural Valley Cemetery in Cuddebackville, NY.

Richard L. Gillette Sr.

Richard L. Gillette Sr., 87, of Waymart, PA, passed away April 28, 2025. Richard was born November 5, 1937 in Scranton, PA. Graveside funeral services with military honors were held May 1 in Waymart Cemetery at Canaan Corners in Waymart.

Patricia Ann Lindsay Horton, 82, of Wurtsboro, NY, passed away April 28, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills - Grover M. Hermann Division in Callicoon, NY. Patricia was born November 20, 1942 in Middletown, NY. Private interment will be at the Horton family plot in Bloomingburg Cemetery, Bloomingburg, NY. A celebration of Pat’s life will be held at a later date.
