PARKSVILLE, NY — Show your stuff at the Thursday open mic, featuring a different host each week. On January 16, open mic begins at 7 p.m. with Fisher Kean. 

On Friday, January 17, bluesman Chris Raabe returns to the Cab. He’ll play from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.

On Saturday, January 18, classic-rock cover band Side F/X will rock the stage from 8 to 11 p.m.

At the Tavern: Rafter’s round up

CALLICOON, NY — The weekend begins on Friday, January 17 with Rafter’s favorites Jaimie Lilly and Caswyn Moon from 8 to 10 p.m. 

On Saturday, January 18, acoustic rocker Robert Tellefson will play from 8 to 10 p.m.

Sunday, January 19 continues the weekly open mic, hosted by Elizabeth Rose, from 3 to 6 p.m. The jazz stylings of the Hal Galper Trio follow at 6:30 p.m.

The Cooperage Project

HONESDALE, PA — On Saturday, January 18, the Cooperage is hosting its first Winter Jam benefit rock concert, featuring performances by the active members of rock band O&Co and other special guest appearances. The event is to celebrate community, friendship and music. Proceeds will benefit the Cooperage’s goal to provide a free community Sunday dinner—details on the dinner will be announced soon. The fun begins at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Suggested donation is $20.

On Sunday, January 19, RiverVibes welcomes back comical singer-songwriter and guitarist Carla Ulbrich, with special guest Joe Giacoio to the Cooperage stage at 3 p.m. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. Tickets cost $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

On Thursday, January 23, award-winning singer-songwriter and pianist Matt Nakoa will play at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Suggested donation is $15 in advance and $20 at the door. 

All events are BYOB.

HONESDALE, PA — On Saturday, January 18, acoustic duo Backroads Home, Eddie Seber and Sean Larkin, will play from 1 to 4 p.m. 

The duo “covers anything you would listen to when you take back roads—anything from Johnny Cash to Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots to the Beatles.”
