HONESDALE, PA — On Thursday, November 14 through Sunday, November 17, The Cooperage Project will host the third annual Maple City Jazz Festival.
The event kicks off on Thursday, November 14 at 7:30 p.m. with a film screening of the documentary about the life of Nina Simone, “What Happened, Miss Simone?” This is the only free and BYOB event of the weekend.
On Friday, November 15, the Halp Galper Trio will perform at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. On Saturday, November 16, the Thurman Barker Quartet will perform at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.
On Sunday, November 17, Andy Milne & Unison featuring La Tanya Hall will perform at 4 p.m. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.

CALLICOON, NY — At Rafter’s Tavern, there’s music all weekend and never a cover charge.
On Friday, November 8, Albi Beluli will take the stage from 8 to 10 p.m.
Saturday, November 9 is a double feature: Lucas Rotman opens the night from 6 to 8 p.m., followed by Rosie and the Rockets from 8 to 10.
The open mic and jazz night tradition continues on Sunday, November 10. Enjoy performances by a variety of local and some not-so-local musicians from 3 to 6 p.m. and the jazz-stylings of the Hal Galper Trio from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
