Cavage & Sudigala return to FCAHS

Posted

FOREST CITY, PA — The Forest City Area Historical Society (FCAHS) will host bluegrass band Cavage & Sudigala on Saturday, September 28 at 7 p.m. at the historical society’s museum.

The museum is located at 629 Main St.

Cavage & Sudigala are a guitar/banjo duo, and play traditional bluegrass with elements of jazz, swing and new grass. After playing together in the Hickory Project, the duo decided to branch out on their own.

Josh Sudigala (guitar/vocals) lives in Tunkhannock, and has been described as on the cutting edge of modern bluegrass.

David Cavage (banjo/vocals) hails from the Carbondale area and offers five-string banjo music and harmony singing; he also writes songs. He also plays jazz and swing on the tenor guitar.

The FCAHS museum is handicapped accessible and air conditioned.

There is no admission charge, but donations are welcome.
