Catskill Regional to host 41st annual golf classic and more

Grover M. Hermann Hospital recognized for quality and patient satisfaction

CALLICOON, NY — Catskill Regional Medical Center’s Grover M. Hermann Hospital has been named among the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) in the country for Best Practices in Quality and Patient Satisfaction by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). Grover M. Hermann Hospital’s high scores and subsequent ranking among critical access hospitals were determined by the Chartis Center for Rural Health.

This marks the fifth time the hospital has earned these best-practice honors. The hospital will be recognized in September for its 2019 designations during an awards ceremony to be held at the NRHA Critical Access Hospital Conference in Kansas City, MO.

Measles prevention program launched

MIDDLETOWN/HARRIS, NY — The Greater Hudson Valley Health System Medical Group, comprised of Catskill Regional Medical Group and Orange Regional Medical Group, has launched a measles prevention program to educate and help protect the community.

Catskill Regional Medical Center Foundation hosts 41st annual golf classic

HARRIS, NY — The Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) Foundation has announced its 41st annual golf classic will take place on Wednesday, July 10 at the Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon. Proceeds from the event will be used to update equipment in Catskill Regional’s obstetrics department.

Registration opens at 10 a.m. Tee time is scheduled for 12 noon in a scramble format. A cocktail hour with an open bar and appetizers will commence at 5 p.m. with a buffet and awards party to follow. Registration costs $175 per golfer and includes greens fee, golf cart, brunch, dinner and more. Those who wish to attend the dinner only can do so for $75 per person.
