What a great season we had in Bethel this year. I was so fortunate to organize the Town of Bethel Woodstock 50th Anniversary Peace Parade, the outdoor movie and the postal cancellation event, and to assist on several other projects in the town. It is a great time to be a part of volunteering in our community. I am assisting with the Nourish Your Neighbor food collection that will go directly to the Shepherd’s Pantry in White Lake. Not only do I get to see and do first-hand to help our citizens, but I also get to be the go-to person to help with many of your personal needs. Sometimes it’s just an ear to listen, a hand to hold, and sometimes tears to shed. I care deeply for our town and its people. There are many filings, reports, and timelines that require attentive action. It is a complex position that also requires versatility. I will be starting my 11th term in 2020 as I am unopposed. My doors are always open to ideas and suggestions to help better serve the public. Two of my social media tools to keep you informed are the Town of Bethel Facebook Page and the monthly e-mail newsletter. You can sign-up for the newsletter from our website. Thank-you to the Bethel voters for your continued support of my position as Bethel Town Clerk.
