My hands are so dry from washing them, they can bleed as long as I do not catch the virus. If you are a regular reader you know I am on Facebook a lot. I saw something that was put on by Milanville General Store's Vanessa DeGori. It's a picture of a beautiful bright sunflower. It says “Remember when fear knocks, answer with FAITH.”

This last week I have been working from my dining room table, with Facebook open on my iPhone.

I got a bing and it was my Priest from my old neighborhood church regarding daily mass. Fr. Ryan from St.Gregory's in the Great Bellerose Queens. It got me thinking, Fr. Ryan married me and he buried my mother and my husband.

I keep on working but I also listened and prayed along. Holy week is coming up and we all need to pray for each other (take a minute to say a prayer). The next day I get another bing and it is Pastor Phyllis from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Narrowsburg, saying daily mass. Pastor Phyllis is going to be doing a mass on Sundays at 9:30 and try to do a midweek mass for all.

Getting back to the sunflower it also says, “tell me one thing you're THANKFUL for and one thing you can't wait to do again.” I am very thankful for Facebook, I am able to talk to my siblings every day, we all say goodnight to each other. I talk to my friends and my family all over the world. The one thing I cannot wait to do again is not live in fear of the phone ringing and getting that call. Be Safe God Bless.

I gave you the wrong information last week, the Town Clerk's office is open Monday and Friday 9-1 (only 2 days).

The Cochecton Youth Commission has canceled all events for April, please follow them on Facebook or call for more information.

Lake Huntington Presbyterian Church has postponed the penny social till a much safer time.

With extra time on your hands and being at home, you should check out The Lake Huntington page that Paul Genco hosts. He puts up some great pictures and it's fun to read everyone's comments. I love the old postcards this week, he has a picture of the Lake Huntington Meat Market. There is a man standing outside and an old pickup truck. Gloria Rohrmann Garn posted that that is her Uncle Carl standing in front of her fathers and his meat market.

Keep smiling and wash your hands. Have a great week, you can e-mail me at leeniebeans@citlink.net or call 845/252-3568 if you have any news.
