ELLENVILLE, NY — New York State Police Ellenville Bureau of Investigation announced the arrest of a woman from Accord for promoting prison contraband first degree, a felony. An investigation revealed that she had made explicit videos and sent them, via the prison email system, to her husband, an inmate at Hale Creek Correctional Facility. Coddington was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, for making the videos in the presence of her two young children. She was issued a ticket to appear before the Town of Rochester Court on March 10, at 6 p.m.
